Added Patch Page

While I am still not certain of the future of this site having 64DD ROMs accessible, I still want to ensure for this site to stay alive past this potential (but exciting) point.

So I have now added a Patch page, where you can find patch files which I made sure to be compatible with your own disk dumps, which needed some additional work to really make sure not to overwrite any data that shouldn’t be replaced such as the save data of your own disk. There’s still some work to be done, but that’s a good start.

Other change: I have also replaced F-Zero X Expansion Kit English disk to be the US region disk instead, for future compatibility reasons.
